Volaria

A large guarded town in the south-east of the mainland, in the style of a fortified southern city. Volaria is the second Citizenship town:

• The town registrar sits in the mountain keep in the north-west corner of town.
• Quest givers around town offer citizen quests; Dukes may build in the Volaria outskirts.
• Volaria also fields a militia opposing Westwend's.

The Volaria graveyard lies just north of the city walls.
