Vault of Eren Vendor
Valeska, the Vault of Eren Vendor, stands just outside the south side of the Moonvale bank. She offers in-game items, reward items and account perks, purchasable with Eren Coins, Gold Coins, or First Light Points (FLP).
Buy Eren Coins
Eren Coins are bought through your UO Sagas player account, not in game:
They land on your account, so any character can spend them at Valeska. Plenty of what she sells — including character and house slots — can also be bought with plain gold.
Use the toggle in the bottom left of the vendor gump to switch between currency types:
Currency Types
Eren Coins are purchased through your UO Sagas player account profile in the Eren Shop.
First Light Points were awarded to players of the testing phases, based on how long their tester account was registered.
Gold Coins are the regular in-game currency, earned by looting creatures and selling items.

Claiming Purchased Eren Coins
After buying Eren Coins in the UO Sagas store portal, wait a few minutes and then check the vendor. When your purchase is ready, a claim message and button appear in the top right corner of the vendor gump:
